Meredith Empie

I'm Meredith!

I'm an Audio Engineer and Cellist based out of Nashville, Tennessee. I grew up with a love for music; I began classical piano training in kindergarten and cello in elementary school. From there, my passion grew when I discovered audio for the first time as a junior in high school. After the hot pursuit of a B.S. in Audio Engineering Technology, with minors in Cello Performance and Video Production from Belmont University, I jumped headfirst into the touring world. I love every second of it. I'm detail oriented, organized, easy-going under stress, and a problem solver. As an audio engineer, I'm passionate about being a part of creating exciting and memorable musical experiences for both band and crowd. As a cellist, I love getting lost in the music as an on-stage musician. I understand how to work well within a team from both the musical and technical side.

I have a wide array of experience in audio - front of house, monitors, rf, patch, you name it. I regularly work corporate events as well as music! As a cellist, I’m most passionate in live environments, specifically church or CCM.
